Q: What does "The Silver Box" gift consist of?
A: "The Silver Box" gift is a silver plated box that compiles compliments and words of encouragement from family and/or friends to the recipient of the gift. These words are beautifully displayed on individual cards.

A: The "Silver Box" is a gift from the heart. It's goal is to lift somebody up, using the most powerful tool we have as humans: words. Words are powerful, they can build somebody up or create wounds for a life time. Q: What do I get?

A: You get the following:

Q: What if I need more cards?

A: The Silver Box comes with a set of 10 cards. You can add as many extra sets of cards as you wish for an extra cost.


Q: What if I wanted the Silver Box engraved?

A: Since this is the type of gift that someone will treasure and keep forever, even is the type of thing that can be passed on to generations, we recommend to engrave it. Just select the option to engrave when you are checking out.

Personalized items cannot be returned. Once your order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.


Q: What is the shipping time?

A: Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order.

Rush Delivery and Processing
For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 2 pm ET Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.)


Q: How long will it take to get it engraved?

A: You will have to count an extra day for engraving.


Q: How can I pay?

A: We receive Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Paypal.


Q: Can I return or exchange what I ordered?

A: YES. We do returns and exchanges unless that what you are returning is engraved. Call us at 407-324-1719 and our customer service team will take care of you.



Q: Can you contact the people participating in the gift and print the cards for me?

A: YES. We can contact the participants via e-mail or phone whatever is preferred by you and we'll take care of the rest. This process will require 10 days. The cost will be evaluated case to case.
